2. What data we collect
Through the contact form on our website, we collect the following data: • First and last name • Company name (optional) • Email address • Phone number (optional) • Message content • Attached files (optional) Additionally, the server may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type and visit time.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data for the following purposes: • Responding to your inquiry – based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller, i.e. handling inquiries). • Taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract – based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. • Follow-up contact regarding your inquiry – based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Data retention period
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, and subsequently for the period required by applicable law (e.g. tax or accounting regulations) or until consent is withdrawn. Data from inquiries that did not result in cooperation is deleted within 12 months of the last contact.

The website may use essential cookies necessary for proper functioning. We do not use analytical or advertising cookies. Cookie settings can be changed in your browser.
9. Right to complain
If you believe that the processing of your data violates GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland, www.uodo.gov.pl).

The Controller reserves the right to update this privacy policy. Significant changes will be communicated on the website.
