Energy equipment manufacturing
We manufacture energy equipment and components used in energy and industrial installations. Our scope includes connection elements, manual drives, fuse bases and technical subassemblies used in power supply systems and energy equipment. We handle both one-off and serial production based on the client’s technical documentation. We can also produce replacement parts for equipment and components that are no longer in production, especially when a part needs to be reproduced for an existing installation or modernization project.

Metalworking
We provide metalworking services including turning, milling, laser cutting and laser welding. We manufacture technical parts, mounting elements and metal components according to project requirements. We work from technical documentation, drawings, photos or detailed descriptions. Before production, we analyze the material, dimensions, tolerances, intended use of the part and the most suitable manufacturing method. This allows us to select the right process for the component’s function and operating conditions.

Copper busbar bending
We provide precise copper busbar bending for switchgear, power stations, power supply systems and low or medium voltage installations. We adapt dimensions, bending angles, cross-sections and element layout to the documentation and requirements of each project. Copper busbars are used wherever connection reliability, electrical conductivity, durability and repeatable execution are essential. Each inquiry is reviewed technically so that the production method matches the parameters of the part and its operating conditions.

Advanced technical coatings
We offer advanced technical coatings, including silver plating, galvanizing, chromate conversion coating and other protective or conductive finishes. The coating type is selected according to the material, component function, operating parameters and the environment in which the part will be used. Technical coatings can improve electrical conductivity, increase connection durability, reduce the risk of corrosion and enhance resistance to demanding operating conditions. They are used in energy components, conductive parts, steel details and components exposed to challenging environments.
